This workshop is part of Alexandra Krieger’s Master’s dissertation research project on ‘The Impact of Reframing Of Negative Core Beliefs in Improving Emotional Self-Management In Adults With Anxiety’ through EIA in partnership with Manchester Metropolitan University and will be provided at no admission cost to qualifying adults accepted into the program.

By joining this program, you will not only gain tools to manage your own anxiety, but you will also contribute to research that helps others do the same.

Adults, age 25 years & up, fluent in English, experiencing anxiety regularly (self-reported or clinically assessed).

For eligible applicants not selected for the study:
You will be invited to a special 1.5-hour interactive online group class (Fall 2025) on emotional intelligence and anxiety. This is our special thank you for applying.

How often do you feel anxious?
Are you currently on any medication for anxiety?
If you are on medication for anxiety, have you been on the same medication for a minimum of 30 days?
Can you firmly commit to the days of October 4-5, 2025 for the live workshop in Kelowna (approx. 9 am - 6 pm)?
To support both your experience and the research, you’ll complete a short questionnaire before and after the workshop and attend brief one-on-one Zoom calls before the workshop, and about a month after for follow up (to be scheduled at a convenient time for you). Are you willing to commit to this?
