Business & Emotional Intelligence Coaching

You’re smart, capable, and driven, but that doesn’t mean it’s easy. The pressure to make the right decisions, and keep it all together can feel like a lot.

The coaching program is a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself, your values, and your vision. We start our journey together by diving into the questions ‘What do you want? and ‘What is holding you back?’.

We’ll work together to help you navigate the demands on your leadership, strengthen your emotional intelligence and your stress and/or anxiety management.

Coaching Program Details

We focus on 3 key areas: Leadership, Emotional Intelligence and Stress/Anxiety. They click together, like puzzle pieces, not always pieces of equal sizes, but always needing all three to form the big picture.

Executive Leadership Coaching

Being a leader is complex, demanding and can be lonely.

Great leadership starts from within. We will explore your leadership style, values, decision-making patterns, and communication habits.

Running a business can feel like juggling a hundred priorities, while still wondering if you’re focusing on the right things. Business growth and personal growth go hand-in-hand.

Create the clarity, confidence, and presence needed to lead with head and heart. Whether you’re navigating growth, change, corporate culture, or team dynamics, this is a space to reflect, realign, level up as the leader, set business growth goals, and move forward with accountability and practical action steps.

emotional intelligence coaching

Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Coaching

It’s easy to feel stuck in patterns of reactivity, disconnection, or self-doubt—without fully understanding why.

Self-awareness, self-management, social awareness & relationship management are the cornerstones of emotional intelligence.

Authentic leadership requires all four, and a willingness to explore your blindspots to create different results.

Discover what drives you, what makes you react the way you do, and learn about the power of the ‘pause’ between stimulus/trigger and response. We begin with building strong self-awareness to help you navigate internal and external triggers that you are required to manage daily in your professional and personal life.

Stress & Anxiety Coaching

Many entrepreneurs and professionals experience high levels of stress and/or anxiety, but often do not feel comfortable talking about it.

We are wired for threat assessment, and in business (and in life in general), there are endless opportunities to worry about the ‘what ifs…’ and experience situations that don’t feel in our control, which in turn heightens anxiety and stress.

Experience safe, supportive conversations to explore what’s beneath your stress/anxiety, recognize patterns, beliefs and stories that may be holding you back personally and professionally, and develop self-management tools.

With a compassionate, science-backed approach, I help you build self-awareness, resilience, and confidence to move forward.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the format of the coaching sessions?

We typically meet every 2 weeks (depending on your needs, we sometimes accelerate meeting times at the start). Our coaching sessions can be in-person in Kelowna at your office, or via online meetings which most of our clients opt for.

Phone, text and email support is available between coaching sessions. Think of it like micro-coaching, little connections where we can check in as you need it, because life and business (and its challenges) don’t run on a set schedule.

Who is your coaching program for?

I work with entrepreneurs, executives and business professionals.

Do you only work with people with anxiety?

Short answer: No, I will work with you as well if tell me you do not experience anxiety.

As a research practitioner in the field of emotional intelligence and anxiety science, I do have a longer answer:  Everyone experiences varying levels of what is called state anxiety, also defined as acute stress. This is a normal response to an emotional, physical or cognitive stimulus, and state-anxiety is transient in nature, with a quick onset and offset. The second type of anxiety is trait anxiety. Unlike state anxiety, which is triggered by a concrete stimulus, trait anxiety is related to personality. A person with high trait-anxiety can be prone to worry-thinking, rumination and related fear responses.
